I haven't posted anything for about a month so I was able to get enough energy and finish one of my drawings which I started a couple months ago. Well since that is out of the way why don't I described about this image. This character is Rougar a character I made for a little story that I'm writing down. His abilities are controlling the environment around him and use on his enemies. There is a more detailed description about his abilities in my notes but I'm not gonna go any deeper than that. Well enjoy.
